After having to rush packing up in Chicago, I landed in LAX for a rather relaxing week, at my former home. My mother who was diagnosed with cancer about two months ago is doing well, with having changed treatment from chemo to hormone therapy. While I didn't get to see everyone I wanted to, it's nice to hear how everyone is doing. About halfway though my stay Kelly informed me about the rather small space we have in Okinawa, and so a Desktop computer would be hard to manage. I had spent some time preparing a computer for Okinawa and was saddened that I couldn't bring it. Where was I going to keep it? How would I get it back to Chicago after our stay? So monday evening I met up with my friend Mike who mentioned he wanted to buy a new computer, I offered him my machine and he accepted. This was the pattern of my stay, revelation and God stepping in and providing. It seem all so unreal as I'm writing this the morning before my flight to Japan. I hope to be reunited to Kelly very soon.
